LAKEWOOD MONTESSORI
SCHOOL Lakewood Montessori School offers a summer program to students enrolled for the following year. Activities including weekly crafts, educational videos, science projects, art, music, sprinkler days and much more revolve around a theme. Prior year themes have been "Journey to the Center of the Earth", "Safari to Africa", "The Arctic Poles" and "The Middle Ages". The theme for the summer of 2010 is "Around the World". The summer program offers children a fun filled summer in a beautiful Montessori classroom environment prepared and staffed by Montessori teachers that is unequaled in the Dallas metro area. The summer program for 2010 runs for eight fun filled weeks from June 14 through August 6. Fees for this program are as follows 9 - 12:00 (half day) $100 per week 9 - 3:00 (full day) $160 per week Children may enroll for any or all weeks. Registration fees are $25.00 per student per week but are capped at $100.00 per child. Before and after school care are also available at an additional charge.
